Abstract |
The article describes iterative methods to solve the following problems of electrostatics and electrodynamics: 1. Charge distribution on the surface of an ideal conducting body, situated in the external field; 2. Calculation of capacitance of ideal conducting bodies; 3. Approximate solution to a problem of radiation scattering on small bodies of random shape. Investigation of these problems is based on the general mathematical technique – approximate solution of weakly singular integral equations on a spectrum. |
Key words |
iterative methods, electrostatics problems, electrodynamics problems, weakly singular integral equations. |
